Payment processor and statement descriptor
Polari Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Charges typically appear on your statement as POLARI. Stripe, not Polari, holds your card data.
Plans and renewals
Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly recurring subscription. Plans renew automatically at the end of each term using the payment method on file until you cancel. The price and term are shown at checkout and on the Premium page.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal, reachable from the Premium page in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains until the end of the term already paid for.
You can also email billing@polari.men and we will assist with the cancellation.
Refunds
Polari Premium is billed in advance for the term you choose and is non-refundable. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and there is no proration or partial refund for the rest of the term, your Premium access simply continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. If you believe a charge was made in error or without your authorization, email billing@polari.men and we will look into it.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank, since most billing questions are resolved quickly by email. Repeated chargebacks may result in suspension of the account on file.
